I don’t use definitive statements like that lightly, but Sunday warrants it. The skiing was amazing.

Snowbowl eyeing Nov. 27 opening

Montana Snowbowl looks as though it may open early this year, eyeing Nov. 27 as a tentative date, said Brad Morris, who co-owns Snowbowl with his wife Ronnie.

“The snow is looking really good,” he said. “That gets people real interested.”

“Snowbowl will be closed Tuesdays after February 28th–other weekdays maybe dropped in the late part of the season.”

I pulled this off the Bowl’s Web site. I haven’t been around long enough to know whether this is normal or if it’s early for Snowbowl to start closing on weekdays.
