I realize it’s a stretch to refer to Blizzard Ball as a “snow sport,” but running is somewhat involved and it’s played outside, so I feel it loosely meets the definition of this blog. Blizzard Ball 2011 is this weekend. It’s an opportunity for softball players in Missoula (and some from out of state) to get together [...] Best first day of skiing EVER. I don’t use definitive statements like that lightly, but Sunday warrants it. The skiing was amazing. Powder hit my mid thighs at Snowbowl and the temperature, I would guess, was around 20 degrees.
